What I like most about my job?

“Helping and advising a customer the way you want to be helped yourself is my motto. When in 2021 I saw that SPR Retail were looking for strengthening of their customer service in a young but professional company, I didn’t have to think twice .”

“What really appeals to me is that there is a lot of freedom and variety in the work. In fact, you will be in contact with customers through various media (Phone, e-mail, chat), but also in our large showroom where customers can view all products with a cup of coffee and appropriate advice. Processing orders and making quotations are also part of the daily work. So I really have a varied and dynamic job.”
